We deliver to all seven Emirates.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over AED 150. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer discounts when I buy more?
Yes, and they apply automatically at checkout: 5% off 2 items, 10% off 3, 15% off 4, and 20% off 5 or more. Mix and match across the whole store.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely at checkout. Available payment methods are shown on the checkout page.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
